1、準備一盆溫水，注意控製水溫在35度以（yǐ）下，隻（zhī）要手不覺得水涼（liáng）就行，你也可以用溫度計衡量，千萬（wàn）不能是（shì）熱水，熱水（shuǐ）會讓絨毛衣物（wù）嚴重縮水。
